الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامك تطبيق «نبينا» أو إنشاء حساب فيه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

1. الأهلية والحساب

إذا كان عمرك أقل من 13 عامًا (أو أقل من السن الذي يحدده قانون بلدك) فيجب أن يُنشئ الحساب وليّ أمرك أو بموافقته.
قدّم بيانات صحيحة، ومنها رقم موبايل تستطيع استقبال الاتصال أو الرسائل عليه، وحافظ على سرّية كلمة المرور. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم من حسابك.

2. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تستخدم التطبيق في مخالفة القانون أو إساءة استخدامه أو محاولة تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أنظمته أو حسابات غيرك، ولا تنسخ محتواه أو تعيد بيعه.

3. المحتوى التعليمي والذكاء الاصطناعي

التطبيق وسيلة مساعدة على الحفظ والتلاوة والتجويد. التصحيح بالذكاء الاصطناعي قد يخطئ أو لا يلتقط بعض الأحكام، ولا يغني عن التلقّي من معلّم أو مقرئ متخصص. المرجع في النص هو المصحف الشريف.

4. الاشتراك والدفع

للتطبيق حساب مجاني بمزايا محدودة، وباقات مدفوعة تفتح جميع الأقسام. تُعرض الأسعار والمدد قبل الشراء.
الدفع يتم عبر Google Play فقط، وتسري عليه شروط Google Play. نتحقق من عملية الشراء مع Google لتفعيل اشتراكك.
الاشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا في نهاية كل مدة بنفس السعر حتى تلغيه، ما لم تُعرض عليك شروط مختلفة قبل الشراء.
لإلغاء الاشتراك: Google Play ← المدفوعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات ← نبينا ← إلغاء. يبقى الاشتراك مفعّلًا حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
الاسترداد يخضع لسياسة Google Play. إذا استُرد المبلغ ينتهي الاشتراك.
قد تتغير الأسعار مستقبلًا، وتُعرض عليك قبل أن تسري عليك.

5. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق ومحتواه (التصميم والنصوص والتمارين والصوتيات التي نملك حقوقها) محميّان بحقوق الملكية الفكرية. نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا غير حصري لاستخدامه للتعلّم.

6. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية

نقدّم التطبيق «كما هو» ونسعى لأن يعمل بلا انقطاع، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو توفّره دائمًا. بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدامه.

7. إيقاف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (انظر سياسة الخصوصية). ويجوز لنا إيقاف الحساب إذا خالفت هذه الشروط.

8. تعديل الشروط

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وسنعرض التاريخ الجديد أعلاها وننبّهك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التعديل جوهريًا. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.

By using the Nabina app or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility and account

If you are under 13 (or under the age set by the law of your country), the account must be created by a parent or guardian, or with their consent.
Give accurate details, including a mobile number you can be reached on, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity from your account.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, abuse it, try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to its systems or other people's accounts, or copy or resell its content.

3. Educational content and AI

The app is an aid for memorisation, recitation and Tajweed. AI correction can be wrong or miss some rules and is not a substitute for learning from a qualified teacher. The reference for the text is the Holy Mus-haf.

4. Subscriptions and payment

The app has a free account with limited features and paid plans that unlock everything. Prices and durations are shown before you buy.
Payment is made through Google Play only and Google Play's terms apply. We verify your purchase with Google to activate your subscription.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price until you cancel, unless different terms are shown before you buy.
To cancel: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Nabina → Cancel. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow Google Play's policy. If a payment is refunded, the subscription ends.
Prices may change in the future; we will show you before they apply to you.

5. Intellectual property

The app and its content (design, text, exercises and audio we hold the rights to) are protected by intellectual property rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence to use it for learning.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from its use.

7. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms; the new date will appear above and we will tell you in the app about material changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
