«نبينا» تطبيق لحفظ القرآن الكريم وتلاوته وتعلّم التجويد، ويناسب الكبار والأطفال. نحترم خصوصيتك، وهذه الصفحة توضّح ما نجمعه من بيانات، ولماذا، وكيف نحميه، وما هي حقوقك.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، اسم المستخدم، البريد الإلكتروني، تاريخ الميلاد (لتحديد العمر والمستوى المناسب)، الدولة، وكلمة المرور (محفوظة مشفّرة). عند الدخول بحساب جوجل أو فيسبوك نستلم الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب.
رقم الموبايل: إجباري. نستخدمه لتأكيد الاشتراك والتواصل معك إذا حصلت مشكلة في الاشتراك أو الدفع.
الصوت (الميكروفون): عند استخدام التصحيح بالذكاء الاصطناعي يُرسَل صوتك لحظيًا إلى خادم التعرّف على الكلام لمقارنة تلاوتك بالنص، ولا نستخدمه لغير ذلك. التسجيلات التي تحفظها بنفسك في «تسجيلاتي» تُخزَّن على خوادمنا لتستمع إليها لاحقًا، ويمكنك حذفها.
الموقع: نطلب إذن الموقع التقريبي مرة واحدة لمعرفة دولتك فقط. لا نخزّن موقعك ولا نتتبّعه.
الكاميرا والصور: فقط إذا اخترت التقاط صورة لملفك الشخصي أو رفعها.
بيانات الاستخدام: تقدّمك والنقاط والإنجازات والتمارين التي أكملتَها.
بيانات الاشتراك: الباقة وتاريخ انتهائها ورمز عملية الشراء من Google Play. لا نرى ولا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك؛ الدفع يتم بالكامل داخل Google Play.
بيانات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات، ونوع الجهاز، وتقارير الأعطال لإصلاح الأخطاء.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

تشغيل حسابك والتطبيق وحفظ تقدّمك.
تصحيح التلاوة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
إدارة الاشتراك والتحقق منه مع Google Play.
إرسال الإشعارات (يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات جهازك).
الدعم الفني، وتحسين التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال، والالتزام بالقانون.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات داخل التطبيق.

3. من يشاركنا الخدمة

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة لتشغيل التطبيق، ولا يستخدمون بياناتك إلا لتقديم الخدمة لنا:

Google: Google Play (الدفع والاشتراكات)، وFirebase (الإشعارات وتقارير الأعطال وقياس الاستخدام ومحادثة الدعم)، وتسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل.
فيسبوك: تسجيل الدخول بحساب فيسبوك (اختياري)، وقياس أحداث عامة عن استخدام التطبيق مثل فتح صفحة الاشتراك. لا نرسل لهم تسجيلاتك الصوتية.
خادم التعرّف على الكلام: يستقبل الصوت لحظة التلاوة فقط ليصحّحها.
الاستضافة: الخوادم التي تُخزَّن عليها بيانات حسابك.

قد نكشف عن بيانات إذا أُلزمنا بذلك بموجب القانون.

4. الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب للأطفال. إذا كان عمر المستخدم أقل من 13 عامًا (أو أقل من السن الذي يحدده قانون بلدك) فيجب أن يُنشئ الحساب وليّ الأمر أو بموافقته. نجمع أقل قدر لازم من بيانات الأطفال، ولا نعرض لهم إعلانات. لوليّ الأمر أن يطلب في أي وقت الاطلاع على بيانات طفله أو تصحيحها أو حذفها.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ وحذف الحساب

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب) أو من هذه الصفحة: https://nabinaapp.com/delete-account. عند الحذف نزيل بياناتك الشخصية وتسجيلاتك الصوتية وتقدّمك ورموز الإشعارات. وقد نحتفظ بسجلات الاشتراك دون أي بيانات تعريفية إذا كان القانون أو المحاسبة تتطلب ذلك. إلغاء الاشتراك نفسه يتم من Google Play (المدفوعات والاشتراكات).

6. الأمان

ننقل بياناتك عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ونحفظ كلمات المرور مشفّرة، ونحصر الوصول إلى البيانات في من يحتاجه لتشغيل الخدمة. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%.

7. حقوقك

لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وأن تسحب موافقتك على الأذونات من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.

8. تعديل هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنعرض التاريخ الجديد أعلاها، وإذا كان التغيير جوهريًا ننبّهك داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

Nabina is an app for memorising and reciting the Holy Quran and learning Tajweed, for adults and children. We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, username, email, date of birth (to set the age and level), country and a password (stored hashed). If you sign in with Google or Facebook we receive your name, email and account id.
Mobile number: required. We use it to confirm your subscription and to contact you if there is a problem with your subscription or payment.
Voice (microphone): when you use AI recitation correction, your voice is streamed in real time to a speech-recognition server to compare your recitation with the text, and not used for anything else. Recordings you save yourself in "My recordings" are stored on our servers so you can listen to them later; you can delete them.
Location: we ask for approximate location once, only to find your country. We do not store or track your location.
Camera and photos: only if you choose to take or upload a profile picture.
Usage data: your progress, points, achievements and the exercises you completed.
Subscription data: the plan, its end date and the Google Play purchase token. We never see or store your card details: payment is handled entirely by Google Play.
Device data: notification token, device type and crash reports used to fix bugs.

2. How we use your data

To run your account and the app and keep your progress.
To correct your recitation with AI.
To manage and verify your subscription with Google Play.
To send notifications (you can turn them off in your device settings).
For support, to improve the app and fix crashes, and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your data and we do not show ads in the app.

3. Who helps us run the service

We use service providers to run the app. They may only use your data to provide the service to us:

Google: Google Play (payments and subscriptions), Firebase (notifications, crash reports, usage measurement and support chat) and Google Sign-In.
Facebook: optional Facebook sign-in, and measurement of general app events such as opening the subscription page. We do not send them your voice recordings.
Speech-recognition server: receives the voice only while you recite, in order to correct it.
Hosting: the servers that store your account data.

We may disclose data when required by law.

4. Children

The app is suitable for children. If the user is under 13 (or under the age set by the law of your country) the account must be created by a parent or guardian, or with their consent. We collect the minimum data needed from children and show them no ads. A parent or guardian may at any time ask to see, correct or delete their child's data.

5. Retention and deleting your account

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and data at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account) or from this page: https://nabinaapp.com/delete-account. When you delete it we remove your personal data, voice recordings, progress and notification tokens. We may keep subscription records without any identifying data where the law or accounting requires it. Cancelling the subscription itself is done in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions).

6. Security

We transmit your data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), store passwords hashed, and limit access to the people who need it to run the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw any permission in your device settings at any time.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the new date will appear above, and we will tell you in the app about material changes.
